Hawthorn Street Transformation in South Park

In 2017, California Farm and Garden had another opportunity to work with one of our favorite local landscaping companies: Deep Rooted Designs. This time, it was a project right in the heart of South Park on Hawthorn Street.

Deep Rooted Designs is, “…inspired to create a landscape design and build company that provides an educational, informative, and collaborative approach.” This project was complex, but they were able to create a cozy and usable outdoor space. Here are a couple excerpts from their blog:

“You may remember the  complex outdoor living space remodel we completed this Summer in South Park. This time, we’ve done it again! Just a stone’s throw away from this project is another home, nestled in a quiet canyon, that was plagued by multi-leveled topography. This home had very little usable outdoor living space and the homeowners were at their wits end trying to find a contractor that could transform their backyard into what it is now.”

“We collaborated with one of our favorite local businesses in San Diego, California Farm and Garden to install the lime, stone fruit, lemon, and avocado trees. They are an incredible organization based in North Park, and we were thrilled to be able to partner with them to add these additional features to the home.”
